Stainless Steel Grease Interceptors
A Biological Grease Interceptor is a piece of equipment used in the process of separating grease from wastewater. This device is usually installed after a solids trap and before the line entering the main sewer or septic tank/drain-field, helping to eliminate blockages and health hazards through the use of natural processes. In today's world Biological Grease Interceptors are a necessity as we now explain:

• Grease in wastewater flushed down the drain can cause blockages; overflows, foul odours and can become a health hazard.
• Grease can create a major problem in municipal sewerage pipes, pumping stations, sewerage treatment plants and even in septic tank systems.
• A Biological Grease Trap eliminates such problems and is a natural means of permanently converting grease to Carbon Dioxide and Water.

Stainless Steel Access Covers/Manholes
Stainless Steel Manhole Covers and frames can be obtained Single or Double seal. Can be used in concrete floors where tiling, epoxy or paint finish is required. A Recessed tray for concrete infill along with a Concrete Key is also included.
Sealed Manholes manufactured by OMC Drainage Ltd. are supplied in two parts: the frame and the actual cover itself. The first stage in installing these manholes, is the insertion of the frame into the clear OPE. The frame is placed around the arisen edge of the concrete opening and set in place using fixing lugs attached to the frame. The cover is then placed within the frame (a grease seal is provided to prevent occurrences such as the escape of foul smells and hazardous vapours). The cover is then in-filled, usually with a concrete mix, after which the final finished effect can be added.

Stainless Steel Bump Rails
These are purpose made items used to protect walls from impact damage such as e.g. a forklift or a pallet truck. Can be seen in numerous variations while shapes and sizes can be manufactured to order.

Stainless Steel Kerbing
Used for surface of protection to walls to resist impact damage from trolleys, mobile bin units and pallet trucks manufactured from grade AISI 304. Again these Stainless Steel products can be seen in numerous variations while shapes and sizes can also be manufactured to order.

Stainless Steel Pipes and Fittings
Europipe is an innovative pipework system in stainless steel suitable for all soil waste and rainwater applications.
