At OMC Engineering, we pride ourselves on providing innovative design solutions to suit the customers design concepts.
Design
We carry out our design work in-house and our team are equipped with the latest in 2D and 3D design and interactive software. We provide design calculations for our design work which are then offered to our clients consultants for approval. We carry a full suite of insurances including Employers Liability, Public Liability, All Risks and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Materials
We can provide any combination of the following materials in combination to complete a solution to meet our customers requirements:
- Stainless steel with satin or mirror polished finish
- Mild steel with painted or galvanized finish
- Brass
- Bronze
- Selection of cast materials
- Glass with various colours and finishes, straight or curved
- Hardwood or softwood to handrails, treads and cladding
- Stone for stair treads and landings
Manufacturing
We carry out our manufacturing in-house at our fabrication workshops in Limerick and Thurles in Ireland and Cardiff in the UK. In addition to the standard fabrication equipment we also have the following specialist processes available in-house
- Laser Cutting
- Electropolishing
- Passivation
- Powder Coating
