Residential

• Balconies We design, manufacture, supply and install a wide range of balcony and terrace balustrade. From a very simple mild steel arrangement which can be provided in galvanised and/or painted finish to high specification stainless steel arrangements. OMC also provide balustrade infill panels in solid bar mesh, perforated metal and glass. OMC also provide complimentary privacy divider panels between adjoining balconies. These again can be provided in mild or stainless steel with a range of infill panels. Where required OMC can provide the steel base structure for apartment balconies and terraces, finish can be in galvanised or painted mild steel to match the balustrade. We also supply and install timber decking on balconies/terraces, this providing a turnkey solution incorporating structure, balustrade and decking as a complete package for balconies and terraces. Stairs We can design, manufacture, supply and install a wide range of escape and accommodation stairs balustrade to suit our customer’s requirements.

Lumon Balcony Facades

• OMC Engineering supply Lumon products to both the Irish and UK markets. All installations are managed and carried out directly by OMC highly skilled and experienced site fitters. OMC Engineering supply and install the following Lumon products. Glazed Balcony Balustrade OMC Engineering offer an aluminium framed glass infill balustrade with a extruded metal profile at the base. The aluminium components are powder coated to a chosen RAL colour and there are a comprehensive range of options available for the framing and handrail profiles and the glass infill. Balcony Glazing This product comprises of frameless, toughened glass panels fixed between overhead soffit and top of the glazed balustrade. The individual panes when closed form a buffer from wind, rain, dust and noise. The panes can be easily opened and they individually slide and lock at the side or end of the balcony to provide an unobstructed view from the balcony. This product offers the home owner the flexibility to comfortably make use of their balcony regardless of the weather. Sliding Solar Screens This product comprises of a lightweight aluminium framework with aluminium blade type louvers to provide solar shading. This solar screen is mounted on an aluminium track at the head and base and can be manually moved along the balcony facade to suit the sun position. The complete unit is powder coated to a chosen RAL colour. Terrace Glazing This product comprises of frameless, toughened glass panels fixed between overhead soffit and floor finish. Each glass lite has an aluminium clamp section at head and base and is fitted on a track system that can fixed to the soffit/ floor or can be recessed into them. Feature Stairs

• We have extensive experience in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of feature staircases. Structural materials can be in mild steel with a wide variety of high specification paint finishes, stainless steel or in mild steel frame clad with stainless steel sheet. Balustrade can be provided in a variety of mild steel, stainless steel and brass with infill panels in mesh, solid bar, perforated sheet or glass. Stair treads can be provided in steel, timber or glass. Stairs can be in any shape including spiral and helical.

Retail

• OMC have extensive experience in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of atrium balustrades and staircases on retail projects. OMC can provide mild steel atrium balustrade with a painted finish and a wide range of infill panels, such as solid bar, mesh, perforated sheet and glass. OMC can provide stainless steel atrium balustrade with a wide variety of surface finishes such as satin brush, electro polished or mirror polished. Infill panels can be in solid bar, mesh, perforated sheet or glass. OMC can provide structural glass balustrade comprising glass panels available in a wide range of heights, thickness and finishes, these can be complemented by a stainless steel or timber handrail on top and a stainless steel or mild steel clamping detail at the base. OMC can provide floor to ceiling height-glazed screens with the option of incorporating handrail, foot rails and doors.

Street Furniture

• OMC can design, manufacture, supply and install a wide range of street furniture, we cater for all requirements including aesthetic, anti-vandal and crash protection, as well as providing a standard range of street furniture, we can be commissioned to undertake and develop any design concept and we can deliver it to manufacturing level. Bollards We can provide bollards in a wide variety of finish and detail: - Mild steel with galvanised finish - Mild steel with painted finish - Stainless steel satin brush finish - Stainless steel mirror finish - Stainless steel bollard incorporating continuous bumper rail Bicycle Stands Bicycle stands can be provided in a wide variety of finishes and designs. Car park vent grilles and tree cover grilles Galvanised or stainless steel vent grilles can be provided by us for use in car parks and other areas. They can be fitted in a wall or floor and can be designed to take both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Similarly we can provide tree cover grilles in both galvanised mild steel and stainless steel. We can laser cut the grilles to any profile or pattern you require. Planters We can provide a wide range of planters, in any profile or shape you require. They can be of galvanised and painted mild steel or stainless steel. Litter Bins We can custom design litterbins to suit any requirements. These are available in galvanised and painted mild steel or stainless steel. Seating We can custom design seating to your requirements, OMC can deliver any combination of mild steel, stainless steel, timber and glass to fulfil your seating requirements. Lamp Standards We can provide non-standard lamp standards to suit your requirements. In house designers will deliver lamp standards in galvanised painted mild steel and stainless steel. Trolley Bays We can provide outdoor open or enclosed trolley bays. Any combination of galvanised and painted mild steel, stainless steel, glass and polycarbonate. We can also incorporate signage displays. Crash Protection We can provide crash protection bumpers in car parks, ramps and other locations. We cater for all design requirements from the traditional road barrier to the more aesthetically pleasing.

Canopies

• We can design, manufacture, supply and install a wide range of canopies. Structural material can be in mild steel with a galvanised or painted finish or in stainless steel. Glass or metal soffits can be added to these frames. Canopies can be entirely freestanding or can be cantilevered from a structure.

Cladding
